The EAS Student Group is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for three Travel Grants of €250 each, designed to support student members attending Aquaculture Europe 2026 (AE2026) in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from September 28 to October 1, 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to present your research on an international stage, connect with leading professionals in the aquaculture sector, and experience one of Europe's most vibrant and beautiful cities — with financial support from the EAS Student Group.

 

 

 

Who can apply?
This grant is open to all EAS student members who have submitted or plan to submit an abstract for an oral presentation at AE2026.

How to apply:
Send the following documents to eassg@aquaeas.eu before August 7, 2026:

1. A motivational letter — tell us why you should receive this grant and how attending AE2026 will benefit your academic or professional development
2. Your abstract for an oral presentation — this must have been submitted to the AE2026 conference by May 1, 2026
3. Proof of your current EAS student membership
