Børge Søraas, has experience from the edge of the fish tank to the boardroom - and everything in between. After completing his education at NTNU Trondheim, he has been operations manager at smolt facilities, built fry facilities for cod, built and operated a sea-based facility for cod, and worked with the breeding of marine species in many Asian countries, including the construction of barramundi hatcheries in Thailand. He has also been a project manager in Indonesia and Cuba, was general manager of one of Norway's leading technology suppliers for land-based farming and sat on a large number of boards. For the last two years, he has been developing commercial Aquaponics and circular solutions for aquaculture.
