Final Conference of the European project VIVALDI, which will take place in Brest, France, from 26 to 28 November this year.

This conference will be entitled: Managing shellfish diseases now and in the near future? Research outcomes from VIVALDI

Two days of scientific exchanges about the project's research results will be followed by a third day, more particularly dedicated to stakeholders.

This third conference day will take place on 27 November, at Brest Océanopolis aquarium, and will deal with disease management measures and biosecurity. Tools and approaches developed so as to improve the detection of diseases, water treatment, but also the latest genetic developments will be addressed, as well as the impact of the environment on shellfish health. All of this in presence of European and International institutions' representatives, who will contribute to the discussions about legislations and biosecurity best practices.

On that day, an interpretation service will be proposed in French, English, Italian and Spanish.
