European seas have legal instruments that provide the framework for maritime spatial planning (MSP 2014/59/EU), framework on marine strategies (MSFD 2008/56/EC), framework on marine and maritime information management and open data access (INSPIRE 2007/2/EC within SEIS; Marine Knowledge 2020 within Integrated Maritime Policy). This conference aims to bring together professionals, policy&decision makers, researchers and other stakeholders that are included in legal frameworks, to discuss issues, methodologies, best practices and finally integrate maritime with environmental planning using open data Infrastructures.

Drying is an essential operation in aquafeed production, and it is one of the most energy-intensive process operations. Yet it is often poorly understood and inefficient. This short course in Drying Technology combines the practical perspective of experienced industry professionals with the in-depth technical knowledge of drying processes.This course is about understanding drying technology, and how to use that understanding to improve current processes, or design/select new systems that are both effective and efficient.
The program of Livestock Forum will focus on Precision Livestock Farming, as a key factor in optimizing animal production and in the development of the farms and Animal Welfare, as a tool to improve efficiency and competitiveness in livestock farming, analysing its role in sustainable production systems.
